2016–2019 Strategic Goals

Ensure that Catholic values and Carmelite charism are integrated in the curriculum and in all facets of Lancer life.
Increase public and constituency awareness of the Catholic and Carmelite identity of the school.
Confirm Kairos as the capstone retreat experience for Lancer life.
Engage parents in the holistic education of their children.
Increase lifelong engagement of alumni, parents and past parents.
Provide ordained Carmelite religious on campus full time.
Position resources necessary to meet the diverse academic needs of all students.
Strengthen the commitment of our Mission Statement to educate the whole person.
Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the entire curriculum, including Humanities, Fine Arts and STEM.
Attract, hire and retain innovative educators and staff able to inspire students to master 21st Century learning skills: communication, collaboration, critical thinking and creativity.
Evaluate and implement curriculum, instruction and assessment to prepare students for college, career and life.
Increase enrollment to capacity of 1200 students.
Support and fund technology as a critical element of education delivery.
Evaluate, define and revise the Student Services program to meet the needs of all students, confirming the critical role of counseling and college counseling.
Update existing Planned Area Development.
Create a campus wide facilities master plan.
Meet the need for additional classrooms to serve 1200 students.
Meet the need for a performing arts center.
Increase campus accessibility for the disabled.
Assess space utilization and the need for storage campus wide.
Assess exterior lighting and heating/cooling campus wide.
Create Capital Improvement Plan.
Assess transportation needs for the school and replace fleet as needed.
Provide a safe campus for all constituents.
Retire debt for Building Leaders and Legacy Capital Campaign.
Increase donor participation in the Lancer Annual Fund.
Build endowment funds to support student financial aid and faculty/staff retention and hiring.
Work with the Salpointe Catholic Education Foundation to build strong support for the educational, moral, scientific and artistic endeavors of the Salpointe community.
Maximize tax credit opportunities to support student financial aid.
Affirm that a Salpointe education provides an outstanding investment.
