- We are awaiting approval from the TCC, city and county officials for our numbers to allow 6 tickets per graduate.

8:00 a.m. - Students and families arrive. Students enter at the North Exhibition Hall doors. Families enter at the Box Office doors. Doors open at 8 a.m.
9:00 to 10:15 a.m. - Baccalaureate Mass
10:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. - Commencement Ceremony
Q: How many family members can attend per student?
A: We anticipate six family members being able to attend per student. We are awaiting final word from the TCC, local and state leaders. Each individual family member must have a ticket to enter the TCC. All attendants must wear a face mask and observe social distancing. TCC event staff will conduct temperature screenings and have metal detectors upon arrival.
Q: When will Commencement end?
A: We anticipate Commencement ending around 12:15 p.m. If making plans for after the ceremony, please allow for extra time exiting the TCC due to high traffic volume.
Q: Can I get or purchase extra tickets?
A: Unfortunately, we are limited to six tickets per student with no exceptions in accordance with City of Tucson and Pima County guidelines.
Q: How is seating determined inside the TCC?
A: Seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Families must sit together in groups of six (or fewer).
Q: Where do I park?
A: Parking will be available in the TCC lots for $10. Parking on side streets may also be available. We encourage your family to carpool.
Q: Will Graduation be streamed live?
A: We are currently working with the TCC to see what options there are for streaming Mass and Commencement. We will update this information as soon as possible.
Q: When do students get their cap and gown?
A: Caps and gowns are distributed to students the week before Graduation. Caps and gowns may be held pending settlement of outstanding student accounts or for academic deficiencies. Please contact our Finance Office or Counseling Department with questions.

Q: What should students wear underneath their cap and gown?
A: The dress code for Mass and the Commencement Ceremony is semi-formal under the cap and gown. Appropriate dress for our young women includes dresses, dressy pants outfits and dressy skirts. Many of our young men wear ties with their shirt and slacks. Jackets are not required.
Q: When is Graduation Rehearsal and do I need to attend?
A: Graduation Rehearsal is mandatory for all students. We will meet at the TCC on Friday, May 14 at approximately 12:30 p.m. You will be busy and needed at this event! We expect rehearsal to end around 3:00 p.m.
Q: Will photos be taken?
A: In addition to any photos you take with your smartphone or personal camera, Rembrandt Photography will photograph your student after he/she walks across the stage at Commencement. These photos will be available for purchase by contacting Rembrandt at (520) 326-5499.
