Performing Arts

Salpointe’s award-winning Theater Program is filled with opportunities. Whether students are taking their first drama class, interested in set design and tech, or are experienced thespians, Salpointe has a class and a program for anyone who’s ever wanted to be on stage or work behind the scenes. We are proud to say that 14 Lancers qualified to compete at the International Thespian Festival in the diverse categories of Duo Scene, Solo Musical, Costume Design, Group Musical, Scenic Design, Monologue and Lighting Design.

Salpointe’s program for vocal artists has a wide range of classes and performance opportunities. Both first time and experienced singers will hone their skills through engaging classes as well as solo and group performances. The choir performs at monthly all-school Mass, at the Winter and Spring Fine Arts Shows and at numerous school and community events.  In April 2019, the Salpointe Choir was invited to perform at Carnegie Hall in New York City. The trip was a truly amazing experience that included performing Haydn’s extraordinary Mariazelle-Messe at Carnegie Hall, visiting the sights of NYC and seeing Wicked on Broadway.
