Weekly Peek Prayer:
Phil Becker, Director of Campus Ministry
Bless Salpointe Catholic and the many people who advance our mission. May our building be a home for those who seek to grow in faith, knowledge, and service of others. May our community always support one another and exhibit hospitality to newcomers. Fill our minds with knowledge and wisdom. May our understanding of the world help us to grow in appreciation for it. Fill our hearts with gladness. May we always turn to you in times of need. Fill our hands with the tools we need to serve others. May we show them your unceasing love through our actions. Amen. Our Lady of Mount Carmel. Pray for us.

Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) Program
The Universal Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) is now officially an Arizona state law, allowing all families the opportunity to apply for ESA funds. These funds can be used to pay Salpointe tuition, regardless of home school district or annual income. The average ESA amount for the 2022-2023 school year is $7300 per student per year, awarded quarterly. Please note that ESA and tax credit funding cannot be used at the same time.
An ESA might benefit you if:
-You do not qualify for financial aid.
-You qualify for income-based tax credit funds but receive less than $7300/year in tax credit scholarships
An ESA will likely not benefit you if:
-You qualify for corporate tax credit funding.
The deadline to sign contracts for ESA funds for the third quarter is March 31, 2023. The application process can take up to 30 days so please apply at least one month prior to the deadline. For more information, click here. Please contact Salpointe’s Financial Aid Manager at email@example.com

Early Dismissal/Leaving Campus
Students are required to provide the Attendance Office (Student Services Center) with notification via note or phone call from the parent/guardian prior to leaving campus. Students MAY NOT leave campus without clearance by the Health or Attendance Office. Parents may not remove a student from campus without prior notification to the Attendance Office. Students being picked up with a dismissal slip should report to the Attendance Office (Student Services Center). Violation of this policy may result in an unexcused absence and disciplinary consequences may be imposed.
All early dismissal requests will be retrieved from voicemail. Please be sure to give at least a two hour notice for your request to be processed. We do not have an intercom system, we have TAs taking passes to class to get students dismissed.
