Salpointe Weekly Peek - November 3, 2023

Happy Friday, Lancers!

God of good will, We ask that You inspire each of us to follow Your will more closely, And for each of us to find the joy of our vocation. We pray especially for those who are discerning a vocation to the priesthood or religious life. May all of us have the strength to listen for Your quiet voice moving in our lives, And may we cultivate hearts of service directed towards You. We make this prayer in Your Holy Name, Amen. Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, pray for us.

Seniors

College Acceptance & Admissions Updates
It’s college application season, and already 132 Seniors have been admitted to the University of Arizona, 34 to Arizona State University and 36 to Northern Arizona University! Check your applicant portals and emails: Portals are where colleges keep applicant information and you can monitor your application status and view the final admission decision. If you miss a request for more information or a document, it could jeopardize your admission chances, so make it a habit to check regularly.

Scholarships for College
Scholarships for college come from several different avenues. Applicants will be in the running for merit scholarships simply by submitting an application to a college. The FAFSA (FAFSA.org), which opens in December, will determine eligibility for need-based aid. Look for additional scholarships in the Scholarship List Class of 2024.
