Salpointe Catholic High School has a long tradition of high standards and excellence in education. Highly qualified teachers, an active administration and involved parents work together to provide a caring, learning environment for all our students.
The support of parents, alumni and friends through assistance at activities, social functions and fundraisers is encouraged, welcomed and appreciated. Involvement on campus is the best way to fully embrace the Salpointe experience!
Volunteer of the Year Award
Salpointe is blessed each year with the dedication and energy of literally hundreds of volunteers. Volunteers help us by running our Thrift Shop, working at school community-building and fund-raising events, helping in the classroom, theater or on the field and meeting countless other needs. We are most grateful to these individuals who give their time, talent and treasure to this community…they are the essence of Salpointe Catholic! On November 4, 2022, we honored long time volunteers, Ree Garigan '69 and Sandra Velasquez. Ree and Sandra have served as managers of the Salpointe Thrift and Gift shop for over 30 years.
On behalf of the entire Salpointe community, thank you Ree and Sandra for your dedicated service and congratulations on being the recipients of the 2022 Volunteers of the Year Award.
Please join us on Friday, September 15, 2023 at 7:00 pm to honor the 2023 Volunteer of the Year, Ray Brice.

Volunteering has allowed me to grow in my faith through service, strengthen my relationship with my family by participating in their lives, and has given me the opportunity to meet lifelong friends. ~Gina Scherer, 2016 Volunteer of the Year
