Senior Chromebook Information
The IT staff at Salpointe has emailed senior students very important information about their Chromebooks and their Salpointe Google account to ensure a smooth transition of their Chromebook and Google account data upon leaving Salpointe. We have provided information that will help seniors successfully remove the management software from their Chromebooks, and preserve any data in their Salpointe Google accounts that they wish to keep. It is very important that seniors read and understand the contents of these emails.
Students leaving Salpointe will have their Salpointe Google account removed on
July 16, 2021. Once the account is removed, it is impossible for the student, or the school, to retrieve ANY data: emails, documents, etc. from their account. Seniors - please take a proactive approach to managing your Chromebook as directed, and download/save your account data so you don't lose any important information you intended on saving. Email Ellen Fisher at
efisher@salpointe.org with questions.
