Salpointe Weekly Peek - March 3, 2023

Weekly Peek Prayer:

Dear Lord, thank you so much for another day of life on Earth. Thank you for another beautiful sunrise to enjoy. Thank you for the wonderful sounds of nature, from the cool breeze brushing through the trees to the birds singing melodies. You are a wonderful God, full of grace and mercy. I praise you for allowing me another day to spend with my family. Amen. Our Lady of Mount Carmel. Pray for us.

See Something, Say Something Tip Line
Making a false report can have serious consequences for the individual against whom you made the report. Both this and the waste of resources to investigate a false report is unacceptable to the Salpointe Administration.

Parking and Pick-up tidbits
Students: please remember the parking lot at the corner of Cherry Ave. and Copper St. is a Teacher, Staff and Visitor-only parking lot. Parking your vehicle there will result in a citation, booting or towing of your vehicle. Please use the Glenn St. lot, QB Club lot or approved surface street parking.

Parents: Please try to pick up your students no earlier than 20 minutes before the end of school bell. Arriving earlier than that creates traffic congestion with supply deliveries, vendors etc. Thank you for your cooperation.

Early Dismissal/Leaving Campus
Students are required to provide the Attendance Office (Student Services Center) with notification via note or phone call from the parent/guardian prior to leaving campus. Students MAY NOT leave campus without clearance by the Health or Attendance Office. Parents may not remove a student from campus without prior notification to the Attendance Office. Students being picked up with a dismissal slip should report to the Attendance Office (Student Services Center). Violation of this policy may result in an unexcused absence and disciplinary consequences may be imposed.

All early dismissal requests will be retrieved from voicemail. Please be sure to give at least a two hour notice for your request to be processed. We do not have an intercom system, we have TAs taking passes to class to get students dismissed.
