Letter from the Principal: A Proud Week to Be a Lancer
Dear Lancers,
This past week has been an extraordinary one at Salpointe Catholic High School. We were honored to host an international Model United Nations conference alongside our Carmelite sister schools, Carmelitas from Lima, Peru, Crespi from Los Angeles, and Mt. Carmel from Chicago, along with three local high schools: Tucson High, Flowing Wells, and Ironwood High School. Watching our students collaborate and engage in meaningful global dialogue was a powerful reminder of the formation taking place on our campus each day.
In addition, our student leaders recently participated in the Governor’s State Report, and we are proud to share that Salpointe has been recognized as a Gold Level AP Honor Roll School! We will be sending out more information on this huge honor and how we earned this distinction. These accomplishments reflect the dedication of our students, faculty, and families, and the strength of our academic and faith-centered mission.
Great things are happening at Salpointe. Thank you for entrusting us with your children and allowing them to experience what it truly means to be a Lancer.
Please join us this weekend for the Diego Gadea Wrestling Tournament, honoring our beloved late Lancer, Diego Gadea. We are grateful to continue celebrating his legacy through community and sport.
Have a blessed weekend and stay dry!
Go Lancers!
Mrs. Martin
