June 2, 2026
Dear Salpointe Families,
We hope this message finds you well and that your summer is filled with joy, rest, and meaningful time with loved ones.
Thank you for your continued partnership and dedication to Salpointe Catholic High School. As we prepare to begin the 26-27 school year, we look ahead with great excitement and optimism. We are confident it will be a year marked by growth, achievement, and inspiration, in the classroom, on the field, in the studio, and in our community. Our Lancers will continue to live out our Catholic, Carmelite mission and pursue excellence in all areas: spiritual, academic, artistic, and athletic. We are incredibly proud of each of our students and all they bring to our Lancer family.
Salpointe is proud to announce that Rafael Meza ‘87 has joined our staff as the new Director of Admissions. Class of 2030 students and families, please feel free to reach out to him with questions or concerns at rmeza@salpointe.org or 520-547-4460. You can read more about Rafael here.
We are always looking for ways to improve the Salpointe experience and better serve our students and families. Please take a few moments to complete the survey below. Your honest feedback matters greatly to us and plays an important role in helping us celebrate our strengths while continuing to grow as a Catholic Carmelite community.
End of Year Survey
As we begin this new chapter, we are reminded of the words of St. Teresa of Avila, a beloved Carmelite saint whose deep faith and message of love continue to guide us. Each of us is called to act as a conduit for God’s love, compassion, and presence in the world by serving others.

SAT and PSAT
Both the PSAT and SAT will be administered to students on Friday, October 16, 2026. The PSAT, offered to students in grades 9-11, is an important exam that not only qualifies eligible juniors for National Merit recognition and scholarship opportunities but also provides valuable data that helps our faculty tailor instruction to student needs.
The SAT is now offered to seniors at Salpointe. This exam demonstrates college readiness, is required by many colleges and universities, and often eliminates the need for placement tests once students are admitted. It also plays a key role in college admissions and scholarship decisions.
The cost for seniors to take the SAT is $60. Registration information will be shared within the first two weeks of school.
