Salpointe Weekly Peek - February 2, 2024

Happy Friday, Lancers!

In honor of Catholic Schools Week, please join us as we pray: God of all growth, We ask You to bless all students in Catholic schools. May they remain constantly curious. Prayer for our Nation: God of all nations, We ask You to bestow Your grace on our country. May we work together each day, no matter our differences, for the common good, And help us to bring our world closer to the kingdom of Heaven. We make this prayer in Your Holy Name, Amen. Prayer for Vocations: in their pursuit of knowledge and truth, May they use their gifts and talents to spread Your light and love throughout the earth, And may all of their learning ultimately draw them closer to Your Son, Christ the Teacher. We make this prayer in Your Holy Name, Amen. Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, pray for us.

Get ready to embark on another fantastic journey with Salpointe Catholic for the 2024-2025 school year! We're thrilled to continue providing your student with top-notch academics, enriching activities and a deeply meaningful spiritual experience.

Mark your calendars for February 5, 2024. That's when we'll be rolling out the re-enrollment contract right in your myPointe account. To secure your student's spot on campus, it's essential to complete the re-enrollment process by Tuesday, March 5, 2024.

On Monday, February 5, simply log into your myPointe account (yes, yours, not your student's). Once you're in, hit the "Contract to Accept" button at the top of the screen, then give it a thorough review. Don't forget to initial/sign where needed!

IMPORTANT Lunch Information
Salpointe is committed to providing healthy and tasty meals for students at a reasonable price. While the food service program is not designed to generate income, it does need to cover its expenses. Recently, there have been students eating the school lunch without adequate funds in their My School Bucks accounts.

Effective Monday, February 5th, students will no longer be provided with a lunch in the cafeteria if they do not have funds to pay for their meal. The three options that exist for purchasing lunch are paying with a funded My School Bucks account, making a cash payment or bringing lunch from home. View full letter here.
