Student Life

Wellness Program

Teen life is challenging! In response to growing need, Salpointe Catholic has created a comprehensive, cutting-edge Wellness Program to promote and enhance six dimensions of wellness: spiritual, social, emotional, physical, intellectual and environmental. Classes and experiences are curated to help students thrive. Programming examples include:

  • Spiritual: Bible study and prayer groups
  • Emotional: Support groups, meditation and mindfulness training
  • Physical: Yoga and crossfit
  • Environmental: Gardening and cooking classes
  • Social: Game/movie nights and special celebrations
  • Intellectual: Book groups and academic services
Starting November 8, 2022, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Salpointe will be offering students headspace meditation and mindfulness. Students may join us in the Chapel during the last 10 minutes of their lunch periods to decompress, deal with stress and anxiety and remove negativity from their inner dialogue.

Check back often for updated opportunities, sign-up sheets, etc. Stay well, Salpointe!
